Regulation - Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation Reporting and Protection
SJSU policies prohibit retaliation against persons who file a complaint of discrimination, or assist with or participate in an SJSU or government agency investigation, proceeding or hearing concerning discrimination complaint.
